Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, we are appointment-based. If you have an emergent issue, such as you need your vehicle towed in, please call us and let us know!

When will my car be done?

Ahh, the age-old question. The unsatisfying answer here is that it depends. If you are waiting for a full-service oil change, we will usually have you done within the hour. If your vehicle requires more extensive work such as suspension work or a check engine light, we encourage you to make an appointment to drop your vehicle off for the day. Depending on the issue, we may be able to complete the repair the same day. Please don’t plan on this! We always try our best to get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible but supply chain constraints and unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from getting your vehicle back to you as quickly as we both hope! Some repairs such as transmissions, engine replacement, mysterious electrical problems, etc may take a week or more. Keep in mind that we usually book a pretty full schedule; if your vehicle comes in unexpectedly, we are happy to help but we may need some time with the vehicle.

Is my car ok to drive, or should I have it towed in?

When in doubt, do not drive your vehicle! Feel free to give us a call if you are unsure about whether your vehicle is safe to drive. We are able to help arrange a tow if needed.

Can I use my own parts?

Typically speaking, no. An exception to this might be an older car that parts are difficult to find. We may work with you under those circumstances.

Do you charge to diagnose vehicles?

Yes—we spend time and use equipment to diagnose your vehicle. We charge our normal hourly rate to figure out what is going on with your vehicle. If you decide to do the recommended repair with us, we usually waive the diagnostic fee.

I have aftermarket rims, can you do an alignment?

Maybe, Maybe not. Please call us and let us know what kind of rims you have on your vehicle.

Do you have a waiting room? Is there WiFi?

We have a waiting room with comfortable chairs, television, table and chairs, clean restroom, refreshments, and yes…free WiFi!

Where do I pay for the snacks, soda, water, and coffee?

The refreshments are supplied to our customers at no charge. Please enjoy and make yourself at home!

Can I drop off my vehicle before or after hours?

Yes, we have a locked key drop box on the front of the building.
